Pipe Systems, Inc. was organized and incorporated in the State of Michigan in 1972. The company has been engaged in the Mechanical Contracting Business since inception.
On mechanically intensive projects, PSI is capable of performing as a prime contractor, handling all civil, structural and electrical work under its direction and management.
Company personnel, both management and field levels, have extensive experience in a broad cross section of projects and industries. By virtue of this experience, company personnel are well qualified in meeting the requirements for high standards of quality, strict conformance with administrative detail, safety and performance.

Pipe Systems, Inc. has a firm commitment to expediting, scheduling, coordinating, construction, safety and quality workmanship. PSI is a total systems responsible contractor and when awarded a project, manages all vendors, subcontractors, suppliers and trade personnel in an efficient, timely and constructive manner.

HVAC and Industrial Services were added to PSI’s offerings as a mechanical contractor to better serve its client base. This additional benefit has lead to other offerings such as certification of back flow preventers, energy audits and system upgrades.

The company has a modern facility which provides 10,000 square feet of office and engineering space and 35,000 square feet of shop fabrication space with several overhead and jib cranes. The shop is also equipped with both automatic and manual welding machines. PSI’s fabrication facility provides a greater level of productivity resulting in lower cost to the customer and allows schedules to be compressed on difficult projects with greater quality control.
